What's included.
We install every format: porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, glass, and large-format slabs up to 48". Our lippage tolerance is stricter than industry standard because we set for the long run, not the walk-through.
- Substrate prep and self-leveling before a single tile goes down
- Proper thinset coverage — over 95% back-buttered on large format
- Certified waterproofing (Schluter, Wedi, RedGard) on all wet areas
- Precision cuts with wet saws and rail systems, not chippers
- Color-matched grout, sealed and cleaned before final walk-through

What's the difference between a pro and a big-box install?
Substrate prep, waterproofing, thinset coverage, and lippage control. We spend hours on prep that box-store installers skip — that's why our floors don't crack in year two.
Can you tile over existing tile?
Sometimes. It depends on the existing bond, thickness, and clearances. We assess it during your free estimate and give you a straight answer.
Do you supply the tile?
You can bring your own or we can spec and source it. We work with every major tile supplier in San Antonio.
